I did not want on it. Then there was a time where I received One out of three items in my bag Now this time I went and when I got my shake, I did not look at it until I got on the road and it looks like it has been tampered with or that it was someone else’s that they already messed with Did not have whipped cream and the lid had the shake smeared all over it and was more than halfway melted Had a indent in the cup, where the straw was but was taken out I am very upset with this location’s service. I don’t think I will be going back. Why would I receive a shake like this? Why would they serve anybody with food that has not been prepared right or tampered with why am I constantly missing items in my order?

This was the second time I've had issues with an online placed order. Previously, after check in, waiting 20 minutes for a blast, I drove around to the drive up window to wait an additional 10 minutes. They have failed to observe request for light ice enough times I don't leave without checking, 4 times on a drink, I've had to send them back to redo as light ice. 1 time recently, left without checking because of being in a hurry, ended up getting 4 straw sips out of a large drink, and it was empty. I will not return to this specific Sonic!
