She looks miserable and is flat out rude. I tried submitting the survey and website doesn’t work. Find someone else who has better customer service to work the window. This lady doesn’t say anything doesn’t smile just looks flat out miserable and pissed off. Oh and she had the nerve to look at my baby so ugly and stare her down. Who does that?? She stopped what she was doing to stare her down and give her the evil eye 3 times. Then she forgot what she was doing because she was busy being hateful to my baby. She was like uh did I give you everything. Maybe don’t be so hateful and pay attention to what you are doing.
