- ASArianna SierraFeb 6, 20261.0I had placed an online order for pickup. I waited in my car until it said that it was DONE, so I walked inside to get my food as usual. As I walked up to the counter, no one acknowledged me or said anything and I see that there’s an order on the counter. So I kindly asked the lady if that order was mine and she “yes” and I noticed that she was still making my drink. As I thought my order was DONE like the app said, i grabbed my food and drink when she was done making it. I noticed that there wasn’t any sauce in the bag so i nicely asked for some and instead of giving me the sauce, I was hit with a hostile attitude with “if you just waited it would’ve been in the bag.” So i replied with “sorry I’m on the clock at my store” I was patient throughout the entire process of the order not being ready. As I was leaving, a different lady replied “don’t work too hard” and to make matters worse the lady that was making my order rudely said “oh she don’t work. she don’t do nothing at her job.” I don’t appreciate that kind of attitude when I was just simply walking in to pick up my order. Never coming to this location again.
