  We went to eat there at 12:20am when the website said it closed at 2am which we checked multiple times. I work in the service industry and I wouldn’t go to a place 30 minutes before closing. Upon arrival we asked if we could be sat and they said yes. After being seated we were continuously being rushed out, our sever told us that the kitchen closed at 1:45, we ordered by 12:40 and got our food around 1:00. She checked on us once and proceeded to tell us we needed to hurry up and leave and we had 10 minutes until we needed to be out of there. It was 1:08am when she told us this. If the website says you close at 2am why are we being rushed out. We did not enjoy the food, or the service and did not appreciate being rushed out when they didn’t close for another 40 minutes. The food was mid and they just need to close down already or change some stuff up.

  We went in this Monday and when you walk in you get this horrible smell of rotten eggs. We thought it would go away when we went to the bar area. We could still smell it and only sat down for a min before we decided not to eat at BWW. We were very excited to get some wings, been talking about it for a week. Was very disappointed that we couldn’t sit to enjoy a meal, let alone try and order anything.

  Extremely disappointed with this location.. my husband and I are both lovers of Buffalo Wild Wings however it is very hard to enjoy the food when the people who are making it don’t care about giving you everything you paid for. Not once not twice but three different times we have been sent with to go orders that were missing items the first two times it was sauce for the chicken dippers but this time is was not only the sauce for the chicken dippers AGAIN! But also the extra side of guacamole we ordered for the nachos. And while ordering we also got a free dessert on $30 order which was not received. Anyway we called this time and were told we could come back to the store for the items THEY FORGOT to include in our order and when we mentioned how long it would take to drive there and back and that the food would be cold the manger on the phone said “ well it was a free dessert and the guacamole and sauce won’t be much of a refund” keep in mind nobody would be worried about a refund or having to drive back to the store to retrieve the items that we paid for If the workers had done their job and included everything that we had paid for. When we said that we would just write a review we were told okay! I don’t think any of them care about customer service or even Their jobs if they can’t include the stuff people Order.

  The employees need better training. Unfortunately, we have left this restaurant multiple times with to go orders that have been incorrect. A lot of times even missing condiments and sides. When we called to complain most recently about a sauce and guacamole being missing, we were Told that we could come back to retrieve them, and when we mentioned that the food would be cold by the time we got home, we were told the refund wouldn’t be worth much. Which may be true, but nobody would be worried about refunds or retrieving sides and condiments if the employees were trained to package, the order correctly and actually include everything people pay for.
