  We’ve been traveling all day from Pensacola, Florida, and while we don’t eat fast food often, it’s something we actually look forward to on the road. I even told my husband this morning I was excited to have McDonald’s for dinner. Unfortunately, this stop couldn’t have gone more wrong. It wasn’t busy when I placed my order at the kiosk, and the food itself didn’t take long. The problem was the milkshakes. They needed to change out the ice cream bag, but instead of handling it, the staff kept serving other customers. I stood there waiting… and waiting… while at least eight other orders were completed before they finally addressed it. By the time I got everything, my food was cold and the fries were limp. The chocolate shake was basically a vanilla shake with chocolate syrup poured in, not mixed at all. When I tried to drink it, it was watery and nothing like a milkshake. Honestly, I should have trusted my instincts and walked out when I saw how messy and disorganized the fry area was. The whole operation felt chaotic. What a disappointing and frustrating stop.

  It seems like no matter what time of day the lines are always long and the people at the window giving you the food are very non-social so to speak it reminds me of I already have an AI workn the window. If you're able to get the food fresh then it's not bad at all but the odds of that happening it's pretty iffy

  Terrible service. Old lady working not even in uniform. Ac is obviously broken hot as hell in there. I feel bad for the employees to have to work in that heat. Terrible owners.

  This is the worst Mcdonalds ! This will be the third time I’ve sat in line for 15 or more . This last time I had to leave ! They should shut that place down or get better management.
