  Generally I like McDonalds and the price at this particular chain is great, but the staff needs to be trained further. They forget something every single time. Today they forgot the fries with a burger and fries combination meal. One time they forgot the chicken nuggets on a chicken nugget happy meal. If you order around 5pm you'll have the worst food you've ever had from a McDonald's. I get theyre probably pre-cooking because to be fair they are slammed around 5pm, but the food is just so stale and horrible. "Do you want mcdonalds?" "Sure, but let's wait for a while, its 5 so bad food." is a common conversation exchange in our house. The ironic part? We didnt order at 5 to make sure we got fresh fries, the fries they forgot. Yes we do get a refund every time, but it is getting sad.

  Very pathetic service took an hour to give breakfast, staff is rude . Save your money and time skip this location

  Solid two-star McDonald’s. Order delivered by surly young lady minus drink cups. Back through the line to get cups. To the drink station to find out it doesn’t have the tea I ordered. Back through the line. Sat down and wife asked “do they have salt?” Nope, nor ketchup, not self-serve anyway. Not going through the line a third time. Did without.

  I travel all over the U.S. and the McDonald's in Vernon, Texas has always been my worse experience at a McDonald's. Their service is the worse of all the McDonald's that I stop at. I was just at the one in Vernon and waited 20 minutes to place an order at the drive threw. I often wonder if the owner knows what goes on at that McDonald's there. I keep hoping that things will change, but after all these years it never has. Same old poor service every time...

  Sorry to say. But at night they are lazy I don’t know about the morning or during the day. My first time here at a late night hunger. They gave me cold fry’s I told them about it and they just threw hot fries on top even on that it wasn’t even full large fry’s. I was gonna tell them about it. But I guess they acted like they lived in a bigger town where they was exhausted. So I just left.
