  very rude customer service. employee gave heavy attitude when i asked a simple question. there was no need for someone to be so rude. if you hate your job stop doing it. thank you

  I kindly requested to exchange the Happy Meal toy they gave me, but the supervisor was rude and refused to do so. They gave me the same toy twice.

  Ordered a twenty piece nugget and they are way over cooked. I'm getting older and teeth are wearing out. Just drove in from Georgia. A lot of miles and I was hungry. I thought mmmmmm some nuggets . How in the hell can I chew nuggets that are hard and way over cooked. For reals. Someone please take over this place and make it right because between jacking around and everyone has their phones the worker don't pay attention Damn fix this place please

  I come to the McDonald’s in Venus, TX at least 3 nights a week since I work night shift, and it’s honestly frustrating how often they never have sweet tea available. This isn’t a one-time issue — it happens regularly. Sweet tea is a basic item, especially in Texas, and it shouldn’t be out this often, especially during late-night hours when options are limited. If you’re going to stay open overnight, you should be stocked on the essentials. I keep coming back because it’s convenient, but this is something that really needs to be fixed.
