  Ordered my child a kids meal and was charged and given an adult meal. Child wanted kids meal for the ice cream. Yes i could have paid for an ice cream. But to pay $14 for a meal for a 7 year old. Cashier could have said we only have this kids meal. Won’t ever be back.

  As long as Ivet is there, your food will be 100% correct. She makes sure you’re satisfied and she can accommodate to the best of her ability if something is wrong. She is so great !!

  This was my first time at Charleys. I went with the small Philly cheesesteak combo. It was very good and left me wishing I had gotten the regular size. Fries were crispy golden on the outside and soft inside. The people working inside were very nice and courteous also. I will be back when I am in the area for sure.
