    Today at 10pm I went to this Wendy’s in Van Texas / Pilot truck stop to place a order I sit for a while seeing that it was a possible chance they could be busy ……………………………………………………………………………… Ok I think you catch my drift as I sit there pondering to myself “I must be invisible!!!!! Now mind you I’m 6’5 335 with gold in my mouth and around my neck not to mention I’m wearing Cowboy Boots just for a lil noise every once in a while! After 30min of non and when I say non I mean crickets 🦗 communication i finally ask the guy next to me “ is there a password you have to say to get service? He chuckles “ No but you can order at the kiosk! Gotcha “So is the counter closed? He replied “Nope!!! Hmmmm so why haven’t they addressed me yet ? Not sure Man!!! But you been sitting there for a min ,cause I had a major order and I got mine not to long ago! Needless to say this continues no service so finally he ask one of the rude employees?”Say do not see this guy standing here? “I mean he been here a moment now and none you have said anything to him and this is what took the cake ! He said “ Man sorry but we can’t take no orders cause the people that were taking orders are are over there sitting down and the register operator by fingerprint Are you serious!!!! Yea I will be speaking with someone in the morning at breakfast about this disaster!!!!! MARK MY WORD!!!!

    Drive thru took forever. The fries were warm and limp. The poor lady at the window was overwhelmed. You could feel her tension, I ate my soggy fries feeling sad for her.

    It’s so frustrating when you make a quick stop to grab food, and they mess up your order. They weren’t very polite at the drive throu, that’s fine. Maybe she was having a bad day. But the food is horribly disappointing. Nuggets; cold Sandwich: wrong one all together! Fries: half raw and the rest cold Frosty: liquid (glad I like chocolate milk) Terrible experience, and I’m not turning around. Mad I want my $12 back

    I've been to this location many times, it's new and connected to a major gas station; workers are the same as any other location// halfway there and there for a paycheck. These establishments should work more or getting the orders correct and customer service.
