- KKKiana5 days ago2.0My and my bf ordered online for in store pickup. It took awhile which is fine cause it was two build your own boxs. We assumed because they took a long time that it would be correct. But we were proven wrong. There was no one in the lobby btw and one car in the drive thru. We got home and mostly everything was wrong. My boyfriend’s Gordita crunch had a ridiculous amount of lettece when he asked for no lettuce. I asked for extra meat on my crunch wrap and there was barely anything. Our nacho fries were ROCK HARD. We payed for extra stuff on our food and didn’t get it so we paid extra for nothing. We weren’t gonna go back to get it fixed because we just decided that not going back again was better. We definitely miss the old staff and manager cause this kinda stuff would’ve never happened. If you’re gonna take a long time at least try to make it right. This Taco Bell used to be perfect and almost had 5 stars. This was our first time going since the old manager left and it was disappointing.
