  Around Sept 20, 2025, my husband & I stopped at Loves for gas. He stopped into Subway to get us lunch. He was ignored except for the racial slurs directed towards his whiteness. The staff was Hispanic. So, he left. Don't bother patronize if your Caucasian unless you like racism.

  I came through van horn around 3 am the other day and stopped by subway. I have to I was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service. Usually at that time, if you can find someplace open, they're rude, practically throw your food at you. But the lady behind the counter was very friendly, and made probably one of the best sandwiches I've ever had from any subway. Just goes to show, even in the last place you'd expect, good service can be found.

  I wish i can give them rating less than 0, If uh guys are open 24hrs than uh need to serve customer for 24hour... i have worked in subway... customer was always first preferance. My boyfriend went their last night, the guy working night shift said- come after 30 minutes, bcz he is on his break. He respected that and came back, after some time my bf went back... thay said still more time... thats kind a very bad customer service, uh are there to feed people for 24hour... we are not getting anything for free... Owner of the restaurant must take some steps to take care of this.... Very poor service guys....

  Well first of all the older lady working on 11/4/2025 around noon , started off rude to me , like what do you want kinda attitude... im pretty good at ordering and saying thiings ahead of being asked, I asked for pepper jack cheese, amd toasted...got regular white cheese, asked for mayo and very light mustard. She squeezed more mustard than a little and more than mayo, told her vinegar and oil and she forgot that as I was moving down the line... however was really nice to the group of construction workers behind me, calling them Hon and nicely asking questions. Guess shes looking for a man ... trust me they weren't interested lol she apparently doesn't like helping women ... smh sad little person.
