They say their open till 9p but they stop making burgers before 9 apparently. I got their at 8:50 and was told "we're not making burgers anymore". Your either open till 9p or your not.

I am writing to express concern about my recent experience at your restaurant.
I placed an order through the mobile app for a burger, fries, and a drink for my daughter. My daughter enjoys ranch dressing with both her burger and fries, so I selected ranch in the app when placing the order. The receipt clearly shows that ranch was requested and that there was no charge listed for it.
However, when I checked the bag after receiving the order, there was no ranch included. When I asked the staff about it, I was told that ranch cups are only provided if you order items like chicken or mozzarella sticks. I was also told that if I wanted ranch, I would need to pay $0.10 per cup.
This was confusing and frustrating because the app allowed me to request ranch at the time of ordering and the receipt reflects that request with no charge. There was no indication in the app that ranch would only be included with certain menu items or that there would be an additional cost.
At that point, the order had already been completed and handed to me, yet the restaurant would not honor what was shown on the receipt they provided.
I stop by this location occasionally for small orders and normally use the app without issues, but this experience left me disappointed. Clear communication of policies in the app and honoring what is shown on a customer’s receipt would help avoid situations like this.
Because of this experience, I do not plan on returning to this location.
I hope this feedback helps improve the ordering process and customer service going forward.

I waited 10 min to be served at off hours. Received cold fries. Requested politiltely, replacement warm fries. Was told by Manager Brooklyn they dont give out free food and I would have to pay for them again or they could deep fry it a second time. I said i paid once and would like warm fries. She repeated herself. Fries thrown away. Corporate notified. She was in sweat pants and rude.
