  Multiple boxes up side down tossed on their side at my front door. Once brought to the table one pizza was smashed in. Another pizza was burnt. Paid extra for extra cheese. Look the same as all the others. Called the store to complain and a young man answered with a dull hello.. no professional greeting no care in the world. Had to call back to see if I could void my tip. Different man answered but same attitude. Unhelpful and did not seem to care. This place is a joke.

  Great.pizza! Very polite staff . Pepperoni mushroom tomato on hand tossed crust. Wow. Even the two slices.left over tasted great the next day. 😊 THANX

  I live 3 minutes away. I only order delivery 2 hours prior to when I’m actually going to be hungry. I order it so it will be delivered immediately but it takes at minimum 1 hour for at most 2 pizzas. At this point I order just to get free food since they have to credit my account, refund me or make another pizza. Today I order 10:10pm. Didn’t get the food until after 11pm. I was on the phone with the manager (I presume) for tonight. She kept referring to how her driver was trash, sucked etc. I will say he had 0 sense of urgency when bring my food to door considering the wait. It’s still poor to talk about your employees that way. Ironic that he sucked but then she admitted SHE made my pizza wrong. So it’s not just him. It’s the whole operation.

  The app’s delivery tracking appears to be inaccurate. We were notified that our order was “on the way,” even though we live less than five minutes from the store. The tracker showed the driver sitting in one location for an extended period, which made it appear they had stopped elsewhere. I called the store to check on the order, and the explanation I was given didn’t add up. I was told the pizza had only been ready for five minutes and was just leaving, yet it still took another 20 minutes to arrive—making the total wait time over an hour. When the driver arrived, he was slamming his car door and throwing items around. The pizzas were cold and clearly had been sitting in the car for some time. As a result, my husband had to drive to the store for replacements, which took another 25 minutes. I was also told that staff appeared annoyed, and my husband was left feeling unsure about whether the food had been tampered with. That should never be a concern. This is the second time this has happened. The first time, we gave the benefit of the doubt, but after this experience, it’s clear that something needs to change.

  Everyone questioning “ WHY does this location have such a LOW rating?” Here’s your answer for the rating on MY end. I have consistently order extra sauce & cheese for months now and they never come even close to what I pay extra for? Don’t believe me? Peep the photos below! Basically NO sauce even after biting into it to show for the photos; still practically zero sauce. Then upon further findings there a HAIR baked INTO my PIZZA; after I just took bites and a pizza I am feeding my 2 YO daughter. I called and was informed they are not required to wear hair nets because their “caps” are efficient enough? Clearly not. Full disclosure, while they gave me a full refund for my order; CHECK your pizza! Having a HAIR in our food completely ruined our appetite, and we couldn’t eat for the rest of the night.. would you feed this to your toddler who has been begging for pizza during the entire snow week of NTX? Didn’t think so. Absolutely disgusting 🤮
