  Fast food is fast food, however, my issue is if order something the "assumption" vs the expectation that you are getting what you order is you get what you paid for. I ordered the $6 Biggie deal with the JBC, nuggets, fries and drink what I got was not even close to it I was missing the nuggets and pretty sure it was not a JBC. Called and spoke to manager and she was like bring it back yeah like I have extra money laying around to just hear sorry. I had already spoken to her when I ordered because the worker assumed he knew what I was ordering stating I couldn't use the offers on my phone, like why it's in my app I remained calm when I shouldn't have been. Been to lots of Wendys and the incompetence at this location is absurd. Wish I would have seen Google reviews before stopping at this one location. Fast food chains only have so much control but how the GM and managers at this locations still have a job is crazy. No manner, no actual patience or comprehension of what you are ordering it's like you get what they give you. In the picture does that look like a JBC I don't think so.i had to leave at least one star in order to leave a review

  Okay just wanted to get on here and say idk who the gentleman’s name was this morning working drive thru but I have to say give him a raise 👏 I come to Wendy’s when I need a quick breakfast n food n speed is perfect but the service is not so friendly in the mornings and I get it it’s early and busy I know. But today I drove up and was warmly welcomed HAMDS DOWN best service I’ve had here in the morning. The upsale on the meal was impressive too, tied me in w a Cinnabon.

  Ordered a cheese burger kids meal but only got the fries and the drink. If you go I highly recommend checking your oder at the window before you leave. 🧐 #3044 Host sebastian Cashier Miguel GM Erica Kids meal $4.79 Nuggets combo $10.09
