  I placed a catering order for a work lunch and my romaine was brown and half full. The chicken was cold when my order arrived. I contacted the third party where I placed my order and they were able to refund it for me. I order lunch from Cava often and this was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had.

  Weiting this just to say that the employee at this location named Mick is amazing! He totally helped me navigate the menu and gave recommendations for what to try. What I got was yummy as can be! Thanks again Mick, I hope you see this!

  I had an amazing time here! The person who made the experience 10x better was Mick, he was so incredibly helpful and I will definetly come back because of him.

  I tried giving the digital kitchen thing a shot because I love CAVA, but this is the second time I have picked up my order, and it was completely wrong. This time I checked my order before leaving, and when I went to the workers to tell them my order was wrong (missing dressing, avocado, and put a different green than what I had asked for), they told me it was because they were out of those things. It was the middle of the day, so it was a bit weird for them to be out of things already. Nonetheless, I understand some things go out of stock, but the least they could do is let me know when I pick up my order, not charge me extra for avocado, AND BE KIND when I go to express my concern instead of acting like I am being irrational for my bowl being made differently than what I paid for!

  was a little confused by the digital kitchen aspect but service was not affected at all. i came in for a group order with one allergy to olives and tara was amazing. she walked me through the best way to order. incredibly kind and service minded. would come again
