This grocery store is amazing. So many different options for fresh food or pre-made food. They have a barbecue place inside.

The MOD Kolten was extremely patient and helpful. The Cashier was amazing I just didn’t get her name! To those two who helped me tonight with no hesitation, thank you!

Super sad because I love heb and I’ve been coming to this one since I was a kid but I definitely got food poisoning from one of the prepackaged meals u can find near the flaming bird. It was the lemon butter salmon bowl and I have threw up 5 times this morning among other symptoms (iykyk) 😭😭 I know it was the cause bc it was all I ate yesterday): 💔

I LOVE this HEB. BUT I unfortunately had a not so pleasant time with a custom cake order for my son’s dedication. When my sister went to pick up the cake, the sheet icing was warped and the name ribbon was messed up. I called to let them know and they said I can bring the cake back for a refund or exchange. I could not bring the cake back as my son’s party was in 20 minutes. The encounter really just bummed me out because I had my oldest son’s birthday cake done with them and it was perfect. This time just seemed like they just rushed it. And for a $40 cake, I was expected more care.

Ok, there's a new customer service cashier (she kind of looks, talks, & acts like Elaine from the movie Airplane!!) Okay, so she's a bit of a space cadet. I asked her to double check with another staff member about a coupon. She wouldn't do it and she wanted me to take her word for it which I didn't feel confident with doing. Only because the very first time I dealt with her she stared at the receipt for about 3 mins over a very simple return. She also seems like the type to find reasons to not help you (like staring at my receipt for 3 mins) looking for reasons why an unopened non-perishable item shouldn't be returned. I've been shopping at this HEB for almost 10 years and very few times do cashiers give you a hard time about simple matters like a coupon or returns. The few times they have been rude, difficult, or just didn't want do their jobs at HEB's standards they never lasted long. This particular person, I wouldn't be surprised if she's moved to being a self-checkout attendant because she slows down or can't deal with the pace of HEB's customer service. Customers are used to HEB's customer service being run smooth and efficiently and that area can get crowded easily when that doesn't happen. I've only encountered this person twice but there won't be a third time because I'll just let the person behind me skip if she says "next". I just can't deal with the sloth like energy. Other than that cashier they are usually so amazing. The store is clean the employees are helpful and this is my store. Other than this complaint there really isn't anything else wrong with this location and I actually love this store!
