  In the mornings, the Universal City team consistently delivers fast and upbeat service! For all Einstein Bagels, I do miss my Power Protein Bagel (I tear up now), but I will press on with the hopes they will resurrect it so I can add Honey Almond shmear! Thank you for making my Vanilla Hazelnut coffee the best in town!

  I used to work for Einstein bagels in Gilbert AZ. Our bagels were amazing considering I'm from Jersey. Went to Einsteins here on Pat Booker ordered a whole wheat with cream cheese and toasted, well the cream cheese was all over the place, and I felt like I was eating cardboard. I was trained not to get cream cheese in the hole of the bagel but this was ridiculous, and a coffee black. Well I received a an untoasted bagel with cream cheese and coffee with cream. I called the and spoke to the manager about this and she couldn't care less no apology what so ever. So on this note I will never go back. Poor customer service from management. The team there needs communicate better.

  Needs A sign for order here. Staff is very friendly and running there feet off. Layout for filling orders fast seems like it needs work. Or more space. Problem is price point. 5$ for a small bagel with a moderate amount of cream cheese. Some kind of artisan creation made with love and tenderness and tasted amazing. Then maybe it would be worth it. Unfortunately the multigrain bagel is just up from licking the sidewalk. The cream cheese is not anything better than Hill country farms, in fact, that's an insult to HEB Hill. Country farms is 10 times better. Unfortunately if not, fortunately only the staff is the redeeming quality. Unless you're getting a complicated sandwich. Don't just buy a bagel and cream cheese. It's totally not worth it.

  Not only did I have the best experience today at Einstein's but even under pressure the employees handled with the utmost Grace and efficiency I haven't seen at any workplace since I was 18 or19 when people used to actually focus on customer service and socialize. Today under the pressure phoenix handled it with pose . She was kind and attentive while her manager was fixing the machines and everything. Dez is an amazing manager probably the best you got . She did not let one bump in the road stop her. Just like a Phoenix they both walked through fire today handling impatient customers and malfunctioning machinery. Definitely coming back !
