  Omg what do say about this stand? I LOVE this place sooo much! From the lively music and atmosphere to the best BROISTAS IN SAN ANTONIO! They always have the best attitudes and take pride in the drinks that they make. I MIGHT make more frequent stops than needed but it’s because they are literally THE BEST!

  I love coming to Dutch Bros! Nayomi is always super nice and literally remembers my order every time, which makes it feel so personal. The rest of the staff is just as amazing—everyone is friendly, quick, and always on top of their job. The service is fast, the vibes are good, and they never miss. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

  I was just at Dutch Bros on Kitty Hawk and customer service was excellent and very friendly the attendant that served me I asked for her name .. she said her name was Rae. She was sweet and very friendly I like how she makes you feel Welcome.. making sure your order is correct and asking if I needed anything else .. I highly recommend Dutch Bros on Kitty Hawk ask for Rae she will take good care of you ..

  I was in the drive through this morning and as I was going in to the section that you choose a lane there was a truck in front of me that was standing there and wouldn't go so I chose a lane and proceeded forward. Seemingly no big deal since the truck in front of me had not decided on a lane. About 5 minutes later a young barista approached my car and she had the funkiest attitude. I didn't say anything cuz I just wanted my coffee it's no big deal but then as we were completing the order she told me to wait for the truck to go in front of me to which I did no big deal. Fast forward to the time we make it to the window. I ordered a sugar-free Golden eagle with heavy cream and when I saw a different barista put in milk I asked if he could just add heavy cream I didn't even ask him to remake it and he didn't know what I was talking about so he said whipped cream no heavy cream then he said soft top I said no heavy cream and he didn't know what I was talking about then the same lady who took my order came in and she had a horrible attitude. I didn't say anything to her and there was no confrontation at all but then I got my order and just took it as is I just accepted soft top and then as I was leaving she mumbled something and then said "I need to go home" . I've always had really positive experiences but it's people like her that make me not want to come back and go to Starbucks or seven brew instead. The guy who did my order and was confused about the heavy cream was pleasant and the drink is delicious but that young girl who might be a manager should really do something about her attitude
