  If I could give zero stars I would. I come to this location once a week & its extremely slow. I even put in a mobile order & it still doesn't help. This is not the Chick Fil A I know. I'd be better off driving to a further location I'm sure it'll still be faster than getting service at this location.

  They are delicious for real 🤤 the nuggets be smacking and i ate 30 them just saying and a sandwich lmao pricey little but they good

  Yesterday was my very first experience at this location and ultimately last until their service improves. Not sure who the Chick-fil-A owner operator is, but my only feedback to him or her is...Do Better. Ordered my meal from inside the store at a table and it took forever to come out. They got my order wrong. I ordered a grilled chicken ranch jalapeño ranch sandwich and they gave me the breaded chicken sandwich version. Do Better. For dessert, I ordered two cones. They never came until I asked an employee about it and when she brought them, the cones were not the same size. One was very small and the other only slightly bigger. Do Better. I watched this store operate and clearly something is off. I witnessed at least 4 different people from drive thru come into the location to report incorrect orders. It was so common, it is like the employees do not care. Do Better. Where is the leadership at this store...I know where... I watched them...They are the ones making the orders. Do Better. Something is off, everyone in the store appeared to be working, but the output was still subpar and was not achieving basic service...Do Better. Have they trained the employees? Don't know. Do the employees treat this location like it has their name on the building...NOPE... Do Better. CFA Owner Operator...Where art thou?... Do Better. Clearly, there is an unhealthy work culture at this location which is happening under your watch... Do Better.

  Yeah this is kinda like the outcast Chick-fil-A No one really likes coming here and only does because it's closer than the forum. I can't waste money here it's not worth the experience

  I love that this location was built by our house which made it super convenient for deliveries and mobile orders. However, this is another instance where I have a placed an order and received an incomplete order, it has been happening with deliveries, pickups, and it happened again today on my mobile order I placed. I have always complimented how Chik fil a in general is one of the most efficient fast food chains to ever exist. With that being said I think there needs to be more attention to detail and taking the time to make sure the orders are complete before handing the customer the bag.
