  I ordered 2 lavender matcha's without ice. I got the lightest matcha drink I've ever gotten before. When I asked about it I was told that because I didn't get ice the milk shows up more....doesn't make sense to me. But I was told I could psy extra to get more matcha scoops?? I asked for no ice because I don't want my drink to get watered down, such a disappointment. Disappointed in my drinks that barely taste like matcha and disappointed in the customer service. Waste of my money.

  My go to coffee shop!!!! They are pretty consistent at this location but my best days are when I see Camryn. She is so fun to talk to and always has a smile on her face. Knowing I order the same drink, she gives great recommendations for different flavors. Thanks Brew Crew 🫶🏼

  Today was my first time trying 7 Brew Coffee and I absolutely LOVED it! I got a refresher (usually what I get at Starbucks) and hands down was even better than Starbucks! Jazmyn was so helpful in helping me decide what to pick! She was amazing! Will definitely be going back and hoping I get her again! ❤️

  7brew has good coffee but I think the workers here are way to forceful about starting conversations with customers. Other 7brews I’ve gone to don’t do that so it may be something the manager here makes the staff do. One of the girls asked what the difference between an espresso and latte was and I was so dumbfounded at her question for her to work there and not know. They always get part of my order wrong and then they have a lot of their sugars opened and wet/damp (the single packets).

  I always enjoy going to 7 Brew. I go to the Pat Booker location for my morning coffee before work as I need something to get me through the day. Recently I was greeted by Maddie and she was very polite and asked how my day was going. She helped me find a new coffee drink because I wanted to try something new. She knows a lot about coffee and was very patient with all my questions. That attention to detail and actually listening to what I was looking for made a big difference for me. This level of service and the fact that the coffee always tastes great keeps me coming back!
