  As I remember, A $12 meal came with a generous portion of chicken fingers. I just love when things come out hot fresh that’s when you enjoy the most but not today. The french fries were half cooked and cold Well, let’s say barely warm as they hit the table. Chicken must’ve been pre-cooked and set out. Hey I have lots of time on my hands for fresh food. The honey packets that I picked up over the counter seemed like they came out of the dumpster very dirty, dusty, and stuck together that’s nasty. I remember when the meat patty actually tasted good with dark meat and was thicker and had some flavor and was fresh cooked not anymore that little thin gray patty just turns me off I’m middle of thinking about Of my life The music was nice and the temperature was fine and the cleanliness seemed OK. I wasn’t looking very hard. I just wanted to eat. I thought that’s the main reason to come to a restaurant is to eat. I’m just sad.

  My food it was fresh and delicious, customer service was amazing the lady that did my orde through drive thru had an amazing attitude and the young man that took my order and cooked my food was very polite and they both met my needs even working an overnight shift I don't know there names but thank you it's been along time since I had got fresh food from Whataburger and amazing customer service.

  The service was top notch and even though it was breakfast time they had no problem making me a hamburger.

  Placed a mobile order and when we pulled up we were greeted by Varia (I think that was her name). She identified herself as the ASM here. She was apologetic and explained that one of the items I ordered (Big Ranch Wrap) they ran out of an ingredient and said they were waiting on a delivery. She then said she’d make me anything I please that didn’t involve the missing ingredient (a tortilla). I asked if I could get a grilled chicken sandwich and she gave me a whole meal out of it for the inconvenience. She came back out with the food fairly quickly and apologized again. This was fantastic customer service and making the best of an opportunity to turn what could’ve been a potential letdown to a customer into a fantastic experience.

  I have meant to write a review over this particular Whataburger for the last 9 months. I have frequented this location multiple times at night and the service is what has really stood out. The staff has always been friendly, kind, very respectful, and that has kept me coming back over and over to this location. 12/11 at 9:16pm, 11/15 at 11:21pm, 10/27 at 12:26pm, 10/26 at 7:34pm, 10/20 at 8:08 pm… and the list goes on and on since March 2025 and the service has always been great from the group of people that have worked here. I know many restaurant staff especially in the fast food realm get a bad reputation (with the exception of that one chicken place everyone loves “my pleasure”), but these crews are great! P.S. no judging my frequent visit. Lol, I run many miles and play many hours of tennis for my Whataburger… lol
