  I came to this location to bring someone to try their food for their first time. We ordered a spicy meal & a number one & another meal.. total was almost $30. We paid and get told that the spicy chicken has to cook so they pulled us up. A guy comes over to our vehicle with a sml bag & asks if i had the spicys & i said no. I did have a spicy but more food also so he goes & takes to to another vehicle that got parked AFTER us. I keep waiting & realize that i have been waiting for literally 30 minutes. I go inside with my receipt & they said we were cooking your spicy. It doesn’t take 30 minutes to cook. They gave me my food & when i get in my truck to pase out the food I notice EVERYTHING is COLD but the spicy chicken chicken. The time was around 20:00. They had the lights off in the inside as if they were getting ready to close. I will never return to this restaurant & Wendys lost me as a customer. Sad because some of your food is not bad. You will run out of business keep this up & your doors will lock permanently. I will share with ppl i know so they do not waste their money here

  The person that assisted with the order was kind and courteous. Everything else was awful. The building looks like it's about to fall down and the food was terrible. The tea tasted like it possibly had mold in the container or ice machine. The burger and fries we're equally as bad, the fries tasted as though they were cooked in oil that was a year old. The next time I pull up to a restaurant with as bad an outside appearance as this location I will check the reviews before purchasing anything. Do better Wendy's, Ive never had a bad meal from Wendys until today.

  Don’t come here if you want something “fast.” I waited over 30 mins for a hamburger, fries and a four piece nugget. “Here’s your food” and no SORRY for your wait. Every single time I’ve come here, the workers are always in such a rush and rude when they take your order. It’s really frustrating when you’re trying to order and they keep saying cutting you off to say: “IS THAT IT?, WILL THAT BE ALL FOR YOU TODAY?, ANYTHING ELSE? WILL THAT COMPLETE YOUR ORDER? Annnnnnnnnd they’re always out of vanilla frostys! Not to mention the place looks like a dump and needs some serious renovating. This establishment has really gone downhill 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  If I could give 0 stars I would! For starters, I had a mobile order and when I arrived, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes (was pulled up). I checked my fries prior to leaving and was given OLD, COLD FRIES! I circled back around to let them know I needed fresh fries. I was asked to pull up, and I told them, NO! The manager on duty sent 2 team members to the window to basically argue with me because I said NO to pulling up! I told them they should have made sure all the food in the bag was fresh when I waited the additional 10 minutes for my order. So they made "fresh" fries and the heavy set black sloppy looking male with braids slammed the window following me asking for the sauce that wasn't put in the bag. After he attempted to drop the 1st sauce in my hand and dropped it on the ground, vs giving it to me in my hand. I tasted the fries, and noticed they dumped a heaping amount of salt on them. So much that the fries could NOT be eaten! I hesitated on visiting this location due to the lack of prior customer service, quality of food, and disgruntled employees who HATE PROVIDING SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If I am spending MY MONEY somewhere, the least I expect in return is quality food and customer service, DIDN'T GET THAT! I THREW THE ENTIRE MEAL IN THE GARBAGE! I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!
