  They didn't have onions, crispy onions, cheese sauce, or flat bread. Then they went skimpy on everything they put in there. Like exactly six meatballs on my foot long, not a lot of bell peppers which I asked for extra. Then the bread wasn't even toasted very well. I don't like it burnt but at least change the texture of the bread, was barely warm 10 minutes later.

  First off let me start by saying Bessie was warm and friendly and is one of the most amazing food service handlers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!! She deserves a 50 star rating alone, she went above and beyond for my order and when all hope looked lost she made it happen anyway! My Sandwich was the Steak Egg and cheese and it was sensational! This store will definitely be my place at least once a month!!

  I've ordered the same sandwich from Subway's all over the place not just here in Tyler but different states and different countries. It's steak and cheese on Italian bread. This is the first time I've ever received cold steak and it was nasty. Every other time I've ordered this dozens of times that I've ordered this sandwich the steak is always heated up perfectly before they put it on the bread. Also they did not add quite a few of the items that I have requested on my sandwich one being the sauces!!!! That's all I was given was a cold steak sandwich with those sauce a ton of onions because you can smell them coming through the bag and that's about it.
