    Denne the manager was awesome. Told us about some new subs to try and was wonderful! First time in this store and will definitely be back!

    I ordered the $6.99 footlong sandwich deal and visited this location around 2 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The older lady at the front counter was extremely rude. I tried to be polite since it was my first time visiting this location, but she was not helpful at all. When I asked about the $6.99 deal, she initially tried to charge me around $9.50. After I mentioned that it was supposed to be the $6.99 promotion, she then tried to charge me about $15.38, which made no sense. Instead of explaining the pricing or helping, she continued to be unfriendly. The service was very poor, and the staff member was not helpful at all. After I got home, I looked at the reviews for this location, and I saw many negative experiences from other customers. I honestly wish I had read those reviews before visiting this place. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

    A gentleman by the name of Lee helped me with my sandwich today.I have to say, he took his time, had great customer service, and my sandwich turned out perfect.

    Horrible, this was my first time eating anything from this location and the lady there rn 2:01 Jan 3. Older lady with red hair was absolutely rude, the moment I walked in she had an attitude. I had a pick up order all I had to do was go in and grab my food yet she still made time to make me feel I wasn't welcome, I walked and immediately saw this look on her face, I walked to the counter and waited for a greeting or a "what can I get for you today?" I got neither, instead she very rudely said if im going to order to go to the front of the makeline, i then stated I already made my order, gave her my name and so on, afterwards I asked if she put provolone cheese and if there were plastic bags because I was walking,again she answered with heavy uncalled for attitude, she said that everything was in the sandwich and there were no bags. I then come home and see my sandwich put together like this, and i still don't see any provolone cheese, which wouldn't be a problem, I'm hungry I'd just eat it. But I did nothing wrong to be treated the way I did so I'm leaving this review. Horrible customer service, I wanted to get the lady's name but I assumed she would give me trouble so I just left. That lady is to old to not understand how to treat a customer in a customer service workspace regardless of what type of day she had, I honestly don't think it was because she is in a bad mood but I won't say what I really think the reason is. Update: Google wouldn't let me upload the picture i took of my sandwich

    Unreal. Young lady( I will address her respectfully which is more than we received)behind counter. She didnt want to be there, she snapped at us, told us to wait. That was our official greeting and we walked out with her leaving her to ha e her ta Trump. This store has been a chronic d persistent issue with employees and attitudes.
