  Fried mozzarella tasted like the cheese was freezer burnt and there was basically no flavor coming from the marinara or the seasonings on the fried mozzarella so I resorted to ketchup and salt to save it. Patty melt has no seasoning, only thing you'll taste is the grilled onions and the bread. You'll only get a few bites from the brussel sprouts that aren't burnt flat bits of it but, for the most part, you'll taste nothing but a burnt vegetable.

  Pretty disappointed with our night here, we got there around 7:15 and got a table pretty fast we did call ahead. We ordered and ended up waiting over an hour fifteen minutes for our food. Which was honestly really disappointing, we did have a large group it was 11 people but we didn’t expect to wait so long the restaurant was near empty when we left. It also was very cold in the room we where in we were all freezing but didn’t have the chance to talk to anyone because our server was gone for a long time, a lot of us where out of water and our sodas and lemonades for a while. The server was very kind and the food was good but overall we where not super happy especially considering it was pretty expensive.

  Excellent food - chicken, steak and mushrooms were all cooked very well. Staff was attentive and polite. Excellent dinner!

  We truly enjoyed our whole Saltgrass experience! Our server, Lauren, was amazing. She was very attentive and on top of everything the whole time. Along with her, the manager Meghan, made sure to stop by, introduce herself, and make sure the experience was top tier. I would highly recommend stopping by Saltgrass, bringing family or even just a few friends, and enjoying a nice, high quality night. We will 100% be returning!

  Best Saltgrass experience I have had in years. Quick and attentive service. Delicious food cooked to perfection. Good parking. Will hands down go back again!
