  Had an appointment down the street, so afterwards I walked down and had a bite before I called for a Lyft to go home. I don’t remember the last time I ate inside a McDonalds and on the rare times I do go, I use the drive through. It was 9am and it was pretty empty. The first thing I noticed was the two ordering kiosks. Customers were strongly encouraged to place your order. There is only one cash register available and the cashier was in the kitchen and not standing there to take an order. The area where the cash registers were is now blocked off by wooden panels decorated with information about the coffee served at McDonalds. It kinda looked like unprofessional and thrown together. I placed my order and it seemed pretty high for a Sausage McMuffin Value Meal. I checked my receipt and it said that there was an upsell of .70c! I thought I ordered a small drink with my meal! Ouch. I also ordered an hot fudge sundae because I had a sore throat. I didn’t see the price on the order board. Last I had one, it was $1.50-ish. I checked my receipt and the sundae was $2.75!! If I had known that, I would not have ordered it. Shame on me for not checking before I paid. The food was okay. Exactly what I expected to get. The hash browns could have been warmer. I would go back there again, but I would be extra cautious when ordering and ask questions about prices before I ordered.

  Food was alright. Nothing spectacular. Ladies in the morning need coffee to get a bubbly attitude. Sucks i was the one who said thank you and have a nice day at both windows lol.

  Tonight I stopped by and ordered food through the drive-thru. I asked to speak with the manager because I needed to report an incident that happened on February 16th. I had ordered breakfast, including a large cup of coffee. The lid was not tightly secured, and the cup was too soft, which caused it to spill and burn my hand. The coffee was extremely hot. It took a little while for the manager to come out. When he arrived, I told him about the incident and showed him my hand, which was badly burned. He took my information and a picture of my hand. As I drove away, I realized I had received four chicken nuggets instead of six. I turned around and went back to McDonald's (which wasted another trip) and went inside. I asked for the manager again and waited for quite some time. Three girls were very rude and gave me dirty looks. I told one girl with long black braided hair that my order was incorrect and needed to be corrected. She grabbed a box of six nuggets, threw it on the counter, took the box of four nuggets, and threw it away. She had a horrible attitude and was very unprofessional and unethical. When the manager finally showed up, I told him that the three girls had terrible attitudes and that I did not appreciate how I was treated as a customer. The girl with long dark red braided hair and fake eyelashes began talking back to me while I was speaking to the manager. I stopped her and told her that I was talking. The manager did shush her. Unfortunately, I will be contacting the corporate office in the morning. These employees clearly need additional HR training focused on professionalism, ethics, and appropriate customer service conduct.

  Consistently the slowest McDonald’s in the city, especially in the morning. If they aren’t staffed to have 2 drive thru lanes open, they should just close the second one. 2 McGriddles for my kids and each time we’re in line for up to 15 minutes. Unacceptable. Use any other McDonald’s in the city, there’s a couple close by.
