I went through the drive thru and waited like almost an hour for my food and instead of them pulling up the other car they still sat there and won’t let me out of the drive thru and one of the workers said oh they don’t like us going out side anymore and when I used to work at McDonald it didn’t matter if it was dark outside we put on the safety vest and took orders outside to and so if we try to hurry and get the coustomers there food they were satisfied

I ordered through door dash 10 minutes prior to breakfast change over after a long night a my job. My order was accepted then declined 1 hour after order time with items no longer available. I off course took care of it with door dash along with the weirdest unprofessionalism of the dashers call. Then I called McDonald's once I've already reordered and ate from another restaurant, ask for the manager and got the most unprofessional and I'll educated answers. I simply told her about my order earlier then simply asked moving forward as a customer is there a time y'all stop taking orders for items still available online that I had to wait exactly a hour for the restaurant to decline to move forward with another order. I never yelled nor used profanity. Simply wanted to know as a customer why did the restaurant accept my order then wait to decline an hour later with my funds in holding when another probably came and said no. She hung up on me. Fast food or not minimum wage or not this world and workers and out of control. I don't understand why their attitude is a customers problem. Its their poor choice to forge out to work minimum wage not anyone else's. I just wanted to eat quickly after a long night of my job.

The workers were not friendly or social at all. The girl at first window was busy talking in headset taking orders. Didn't speak, handed card back with receipt and said nothing...didn't even look in my direction to be sure she didn't drop payment on ground. The boy at next window didn't say a word! Opened the window and reached my drink and bag if food with one hand, in which I had to reach for each item with both of my hands to NOT drop this stuff on the ground. Maybe he was mute...who knows. But no greetings and no acknowledgement from these youngsters whatsoever.

McDonald’s in Tyler near the hospitals! 17:20 on Saturday 14th of March 2026
This place has the worst customer service if the on duty manager wears red shirt the owner should find someone who is interested in talking to and listening to a customer.
I ordered a strawberry milkshake that was more vanilla than strawberry and when I ask for more strawberry she took my cup rolled her eyes and brought me back what looked like the same shake - I said I am sorry I want my money back if that’s what I am going to get - she again rolled her eyes and walked to the back and started working on drive through orders.
I then got loud and ask for someone to get me a refund and when one the employees said he is asking for a refund she told them he can wait. After bagging another order came and got the shake and walked away another female employee came up and told me the lady in the red shirt was  getting me a refund. When she came back, she threw the four dollars on the counter turned around and walked away, and I said thank you and she huffed side or snickered with her back to me and continued on her way to start bagging another order. 
As I walked out, I looked for the number to the owner or the regional manager like they used to have on the doors, but could not find one so I figured I would post this on Facebook.

I went through the drive-thru on Friday the February 27th at around 2am and ordered a Filet-O-Fish meal. The girl who initially took my order seemed polite at first. After I told her I didn’t need a receipt, she told me to have a good night. I responded with “thank you,” and she gave me a strange glare before turning around and walking back toward the kitchen. I brushed it off in that moment.
When I pulled up to the second window, the employee who handed me my food also told me to have a good night. I said “thank you so much,” and she jumped slightly and snickered in a way that felt like a private joke. It immediately made me feel like something was off.
When I got home, I opened my sandwich and it was not properly assembled or served. It looked thrown together and careless. The overall experience just felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I’m not sure what was going on, but between the odd interactions and the condition of the food, the entire experience left a bad impression. I hope management addresses both the food quality and customer service at this location.
