Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MHMaster of the HouseFeb 24, 20261.0Came in for late night dinner. Loved the interior design and motor cycles on display. Went to the counter to order our usual meals. No one at the counter at first, saw employees walking around the kitchen area, and they saw us, but no one said hi be with you in a minute, or be right there. I waved, but was ignored. A girl finally decided to come over to the register, never looked up at us, never said hi sorry for the wait. Not a word, I started to ask her is she going to ask for our order or are you just not seeing us standing here waiting patiently? But I thought you know, I'm not going to rush her and wait until she looks up and acknowledges us waiting on her. She never did. And stood at the register fiddling around and never gave us a single word. At the last minute, I was about to say something to her, but decided this was rediculous, horribly rude, and insulting to my wife and I as a customer, and instead. We turned and walked out. Even then she could have spoken, but she did not. We dine at Whataburgers almost every day or the week in Tyler, lindale and Mineola and they are all great locations with great food and service. This location will not get our business today or in the future with people like this working here.

- DWD K WilliamsJan 3, 20264.0Whataburger’s Big Ranch Wrap is only $3, and it is freakin’ delicious. I tried it for the first time at the Whataburger on W. Gentry Pkwy near Caldwell Zoo the night before, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park—it was that good. The chicken tender was a solid size (not small like McDonald’s old Snack Wraps), and the ranch had great flavor. Honestly, if Wingstop ranch were added to Whataburger’s Big Ranch Wrap, it would’ve sent me straight to heaven. I wholeheartedly recommend giving this wrap a try. I ended up trying the wrap again at a different Whataburger location, and once again, they didn’t disappoint. I really appreciate that Whataburger adds tomatoes to their wrap—something you won’t find with McDonald’s or Wendy’s grilled chicken ranch wraps. Service was decent, the restaurant was very clean, and the owner had a cool motorcycle and NASCAR-themed decor that added some personality to the place.
