Long waits, understaffed, poor food quality, and poor management. Seems to be a company wide problem. The great Wendy's from Dave Thomas is long gone.

- SMSusanne McGeeDec 23, 20251.0We were out shopping and decided to stop at this location (155 and the loop). I walked in the lobby, I could hear loud talking , cussing and banging in the kitchen. A girl came to the counter acting like she was ready to punch somebody. I gave her my order and I could tell she wasn't paying attention, she walked away and was gone for a couple minutes and another girl came from the drive thru with a headset on and asked what I needed, I told her I already gave the other girl my order, she turned around and the first girl slammed the exterior door open and walked around the outside of the building looking like she was ready to fight. When she came back in through the opposite door, the 2nd girl told her to calm down. I turned around and left. I wasn't in the mood for a confrontation with anyone so I figured my husband and I could go somewhere else. Bad attitudes and bad vibes, don't need it!!!!!
