I will say that the young man behind the register was very polite and courteous. One order of our fries were cold and yucky, the other order was hot and fresh Burgers were decent if you took off the yellow lettuce 🤮. Place needs an overhaul desperately

It's such a rare find to experience that at fast food spots. I know the job has its challenges, (especially when dealing with customers on a time crunch) but that didn't seem to phase Jeff. His soft skills were spot on. Thank you Jeff for being so pleasant. I hope corporate sees this and that you're rewarded. We need more people like you everywhere!

Then, when I got to the window, he asked me what my order was. They never even entered it. I said well as the food even ready and he said no so I left. I doubt people are reading these reviews for places like Wendy’s. I am posting this so that a manager might get involved and make it a better place to work and eat.
