Today they got my order wrong so I drove back there to get it fixed. I originally ordered 3 crunchy tacos. I was given a burrito and a taco. I drove back and walked in to get my order fixed and I’m assuming the manager walks up and goes “what did you order” takes my bag, and tells the back what I needed. I over hear someone say “what’s the difference? And what kind of burrito was it?” The different is I ordered 3 crunchy tacos and not a BURRITO. Also, I have a gluten allergy. Manager lady comes back drops, “free taco” coupon in the bag, and hands me the bag. Not even a “sorry we messed up your order”. She was the least bit friendly either. I get home and the tacos were cold and soggy and almost wet...ew. I love me some Taco Bell but nahhh, I’m good on this place now. 👎🏻
