I came in last week to a packed house. A school sports team was there. Two workers were behind the counter, one of them was a young lady that I believe to be new to the job. The other employee behind the counter was a gentleman by the name of Chris. The look of panic on the young ladies face said panic, but Chris’ look was cool, calm, and collected. I knew I was in good hands. In the craziest of times, Chris showed no fear. He made everyone’s sandwich in record time, and to absolute perfection. If the apocalypse should come during my time, I will head to subway to join forces with Chris. He will lead us to victory. In all seriousness though, he was awesome. I had a wonderful experience, and will definitely be back for more.

I ordered a footlong sandwich from this Subway, and the lady preparing it wasn’t wearing gloves. She wiped her nose on her shirt several times, started randomly bleeding on her arm while making my sandwich, and even licked her fingers after getting sauce on them. I’m utterly disgusted and shocked that this is considered acceptable at any restaurant — let alone from someone who’s supposed to be the manager. On another visit, the same manager refused to help an employee who was struggling to keep up while at least 5–7 customers were waiting in line. This level of carelessness and unprofessionalism is outrageous and completely unacceptable. I’m genuinely surprised this location is still open and hasn’t been shut down for health violations.

My wife ordered a sandwich through the Subway app. She was charged for a 6-in sandwich and the store said it was not in their system, she verified that she ordered it for the correct store and he said yes that's this store. They would not refund the money they wouldn't even make her a sandwich The manager said she had to call the bank. That's horrible customer service. We were regular customers at the store, but not anymore. Never again.
