    I ordered a footlong sandwich from this Subway, and the lady preparing it wasn’t wearing gloves. She wiped her nose on her shirt several times, started randomly bleeding on her arm while making my sandwich, and even licked her fingers after getting sauce on them. I’m utterly disgusted and shocked that this is considered acceptable at any restaurant — let alone from someone who’s supposed to be the manager. On another visit, the same manager refused to help an employee who was struggling to keep up while at least 5–7 customers were waiting in line. This level of carelessness and unprofessionalism is outrageous and completely unacceptable. I’m genuinely surprised this location is still open and hasn’t been shut down for health violations.

    My wife ordered a sandwich through the Subway app. She was charged for a 6-in sandwich and the store said it was not in their system, she verified that she ordered it for the correct store and he said yes that's this store. They would not refund the money they wouldn't even make her a sandwich The manager said she had to call the bank. That's horrible customer service. We were regular customers at the store, but not anymore. Never again.

    Sharon, the manager, is bad at customer service. As a regular, who goes to this location several times a week, I always ask for pickles in a soup cup, and get no other veggies at all. All of the workers gladly fill my order and I tip generously for this service. Sharon was present at this location yesterday, and would not allow me to get my "usual" order. The workers are great; the manager has NO customer service skills whatsoever.
