I will have to say this was my worse fast food experience in a while, didn’t think sonic had went down this bad. My son wanted sonic not sure WHY maybe he saw a commercial that looked appealing but anyways we get there order their food I order a #10 and a #8 w the sides being TATER TOTS my order is over $20 I get to window she reads out order I said no onion rings just 2 sides of TATER TOTS she closes window and yells to the order makers tater tots on sides, well I get food and no tater tots I have a large onion ting and a medium fry so I send order back she begins to tell the same people yall put onion rings & fry’s not tater tots so I get food again not checking it for the Second time I drive home and what do I have FRYs and one TATER TOT so at this point they just gave me what they wanted me to have not what I ORDERED & PAID FOR. I called to restaurant to let them know that I still in fact did not get TATER TOTS and the young lady hung up on me so I called back several times to get busy signal so I waited and called back and a guy answered he told me to could drive back there for the order of tater tots or get a order of.them another day which they had my card # so I suggested just refund me my money for order since it was WRONG but he couldn’t do that so short story short I’ll never return to this sonic and i suggest no one else cause it’s managed by kids and they do not care what they serve you

Go thru drive thru and get no please hold or anything. Call the store they say well we're busy and hang up on me. Avoid this location if you can. Terrible customer service and lucky to get the order correct.

Order was wrong and when I got home I called and the manager on duty stated that my order would be re-made. When I went back to have my order re-made I was told that the entire order could not be re-made that they would only give me what was missing in my order. Make sure to check your order before leaving.
