  It had been a solid four or five years since I’d been to Saltgrass Steak House. To be honest, my last visit back then wasn’t exactly memorable in a good way. One of those meals where you leave thinking, “Well……that happened.” So it quietly fell off my rotation. Fast forward to last night, and I’m glad I gave it another shot. From the moment we sat down, the experience felt completely different. The service alone set the tone. Our waitress, Lauren, was on it the entire night. Friendly, attentive, and somehow perfectly timed without hovering. Drinks stayed filled, food came out smooth, and she made the whole table feel taken care of. To top it off, a manager named Edgar stopped by to check on us. Not a quick drive by “everything good?” but a genuine, professional check in. You could tell he actually cared about how things were going. That kind of leadership usually trickles down, and it definitely showed. Now let’s talk about the food. I ordered the ribeye, and it was absolutely dialed in. Perfectly cooked, seasoned just right, and packed with flavor. The kind of steak that makes you pause mid bite and nod at the table like you just made a great life decision. Everyone else at the table felt the same about their meals. No complaints, no sending anything back, just a lot of quiet chewing and approval noises. Between the phenomenal service and food that actually delivered, this felt like a completely different restaurant from the one I remembered years ago. Safe to say Saltgrass is officially back in my good graces. I came in cautiously optimistic and left planning my next visit.

  Stopped in for a late lunch and ordered the patty melt and fries. Was NOT disappointed. Juicy and cooked to perfection. Fries were hot and fresh. Server was very friendly and helpful with menu questions.

  Bailey is incredible. She doesn’t just work the table. She reads it. She knows and sees what you need without even being asked and takes care of it while maintaining customer rapport. Anytime you have Bailey as a server, You can count yourself extremely lucky. Thank you Bailey for working so hard and making your guest feel welcome.

  My first visit to this restaurant, definitely won't be my last. The moment walked in hostess was great greeted with a smile sat immediately, I did make reservation though.I still was about 6 minutes late, We went for my birthday dinner. Fondue was amazing!! Prime rib was on point, Salmon Oscar absolutely beautiful and delicious! We had the best absolutely adorable and sweet attentive waitress, named Kyra.I hope I got her name right all of the staff that I encountered was amazing they were helping each other out . I love to see that in a restaurant. Great first Impression definitely will return soon😁
