On October 5th, I noticed they weren’t open so I asked the girl if they opened at 10. She said “No we open 11:30” with an attitude. Then I called back to speak with a manager, she said she was the manager! I was shocked. Managers don’t usually have an attitude or act “sassy” when you ask simple questions. But this is what she explained & exactly how she explained “Were opening at 11 because I’m behind on a few things & even though I said 11 it might not even be 11, it’ll be 11:10”. I said “ok, thank you for letting me know.” She didn’t say anything back, just hung up the phone. By far the worst experience I’ve had EVER AFTER years. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Even when you are under pressure you should still be nice to customers!
