Both occasions my order took 30 minutes or more PAST the estimated ready time, and that’s placing the order online. It’s ridiculous. Sorry I just won’t be back here. I don’t have time to sit here for an hour for 2 pizzas

- CGCourtney GonzalezDec 11, 20251.0I was instructed to pick up a Pizza Hut dash from this location. Unfortunately the address was inputted incorrectly and could not complete. The GM Chelsea proceeded to call me and all but flat out say I purposely stole the customers order. Then proceeded to tell me I was blocked in the system from receiving orders from them again. I don’t enjoy being penalized for their address input mistake as they initiated the need for a dash deliver and not the customer. I don’t appreciate how things were handled and I warn any another dashers in the area to avoid accepting their offers. It may in fact backfire on you.
