The fountain drink area was in a state of disarray, with water accumulation posing a significant risk of slips and falls. I chose to utilize the mobile app for ordering and proceeded to the drive-through. Unfortunately, the wait time was at least 20 minutes for a relatively small order of nuggets and fries. Moreover, upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the fries were cold. The overall experience was marked by a lack of organization and employees who don’t care. I will definitely not be returning to this location. It is disheartening to spend one's hard-earned money and receive substandard service and cold food. The owner and management need to address these issues.

The chocolate milkshake had almost no chocolate in the chocolate milkshake even though we showed it to the cashier who took it back to the kitchen but did nothing about it. When we got back to our hotel we discovered the lack of fries, lettuce& tomatoes and sauce. Pathetic service. Will never go back.
