I drove 25 minutes to get home and when I opened my order I got 2 English muffins wrapped up with nothing else on it!!! So furious so I called and spoke to the Manager, JULIE who was first off very rude. Then she had the nerve to tell me that if I didn’t have the receipt there was nothing she could do. Seriously Julie?! As a Manager myself, that’s the worst customer service you could ever provide to a paying customer. It’s YOUR job to make sure that your employees are trained properly. You need to be retrained too in my opinion. AWFUL experience at this location on highway 64 & loop 323.
