  FILTHY UNORGANIZED, 25 MINS TO GET FOOD, STAFF JOKING & PLAYING AROUND NOT DOING THEIR JOB. REPEATEDLY ASKED WHERE MY ORDER WAS, VERY RUDE UNHELPFUL STAFF.

  The older white lady working drive thru was very rude this morning had attitude taking the order. Then was yelling about needing a manager code for 5 minutes saying “Thank you for finally doing your job” all in front of us waiting in the drive thru just over some frappes. Very rude to the other employees.

  The only thing worse than the food is the service. Ordered through the app. Waited 15 minutes at the curbside parking spaces. Had to go inside to get our food after waiting about 15 more minutes. There was no one even at the front of the restaurant to wait on anyone or help anyone where there were multiple people with issues. When we finally got our food it was cold as it had sat in the back forever and the ice had melted in our drinks. Will not be back to this location. I would avoid this location as long as possible

  Brought my kids with me to eat and play at the playground but my order was wrong over and over again. 1st thing they forgot my kids fries in both happy meals. 2nd had no bacon on my wifes burger aswell. 3rd my cheese burger that was suppouse to be all the way had only ketchup and pickles. 4th had to have my homestyle Burger remade not once, not twice, but 3 Times! And even still on the third remake with was still wrong. 5th they don't replace there teas so I wouldn't really suggest ordering a sweet tea or a unsweetened tea labels where from 11am-7:15pm and it was 8:22pm when I arrived, I had to ask for the tea to be remade. Not just that, the manager is still just sitting quietly on her laptop till I said something to her about my order being wrong and the lady just allowing all these kids act fools and trash talk to each other and just be disrespectful all around without even batting an eye towards them or making sure the kitchen staff has everything under control there response was "we let the new guy make it, instead of just apologizing for the order being made wrong.
