  This is the worst mcdonalds in Tyler they are rude and gave me old and cold food the drive thru person told me to hurry up and are you done I will never go here again

  the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. if you wanna wait 10 minutes at the speaker, 10 minutes to get to the window and another 20 for cookies this ones for you!

  My husband went here to get food after my son basketball game tonight, the had the app was turned off so he couldn’t not order. My husband’s pulls up to the drive thru and ask why isn’t the mobile app working then mysteriously it starts working. He ordered a mc chicken a mc double and fries. Got home ate his mc chicken and went to bite into his burger and there is someone’s hair in the middle of the burger. Long enough to still be hanging from his mouth! This is why it is so hard to eat out anymore businesses hire anyone and they really don’t want the job they want the paycheck!!!! No customer service and I believe the hair was purposely put there because they didn’t want to work! He literally was there 30-40 mins before closing! So if you don’t want you job please find a new one don’t play with peoples food. Had it been someone that doesn’t have good sense it might not have been a good sight to see!!!

  I ordered through DoorDash and experienced nearly an hour wait time for a very small order, despite being told the restaurant wasn’t busy. The order also arrived incorrect. I am not asking for a refund, but this McDonald’s has had repeated issues with my orders, and this needs to be addressed. ON TOP OF THAT THEY DIDN'T PUT CHEESE ON MY DAMN CHEESE BURGERS WHAT THE HELL the only thing on it was ketchup 😭

  I will never go to this location again. I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hash browns. I waited in line 30 minutes for my food. Once getting home I noticed that they forgot one of the sandwiches and threw the food together for sloppy. I called back to get a refund for the sandwich I never received and the manager that answered the phone had horrible customer service and got an attitude with me about the whole situation and never apologized for the inconvenience or bad service. I asked for my card to be refunded and he said that not how we do that. I told him I was not driving 20 minutes back into town for there error. I said you can mail us a coupon for a free sandwich he said no we don’t do that here. I don’t know how they are going to stay in business with such rude management
