Went through the drive through, they left part of my order out, so went back through the Drive through and told them they left part of my order out.It was a line of people backed up in the drive, through, asked if they could bring my things out.So I didn't have to wait in the drive.Through refused to do so worse service ever.

I went through the drive-thru on Friday the February 27th at around 2am and ordered a Filet-O-Fish meal. The girl who initially took my order seemed polite at first. After I told her I didn’t need a receipt, she told me to have a good night. I responded with “thank you,” and she gave me a strange glare before turning around and walking back toward the kitchen. I brushed it off in that moment.
When I pulled up to the second window, the employee who handed me my food also told me to have a good night. I said “thank you so much,” and she jumped slightly and snickered in a way that felt like a private joke. It immediately made me feel like something was off.
When I got home, I opened my sandwich and it was not properly assembled or served. It looked thrown together and careless. The overall experience just felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I’m not sure what was going on, but between the odd interactions and the condition of the food, the entire experience left a bad impression. I hope management addresses both the food quality and customer service at this location.

This McDonald's is actually better than most I've been to in the last few years. It was clean, the food was fresh and the employees were nice. I gave the service 3 stars because even though they were nice, our food was left at the front without us knowing. I ordered on the app and chose to have our food brought to the table and entered our table number. When I realized about 20 minutes had passed and people were coming and going, I went to the front to check on our order. Although I was glad it had at least been made, I was disappointed at it just being left there unattended with no one bothering to bring it to the table, call my table number or my name. However, I don't think it was there too long because our food wasn't too cold, and it still tasted fresh.

Usually McDonald's service is pretty fast. Not today here at 12:55 almost 1pm. Management can careless if you complain...money is time . My food was cold by the time they gave me my cup. Management and equipment need to be better. Some people left because it took too long for someone to come to register. Kiosk was not good to pay only for ordering
