  If I could give this McDonald’s a 0 I would they are rude and disrespectful to there customers slammed the drive through window closed in my mother in laws face when she asked one of the workers a question and if your wondering why your food is taking so long or cold probably because you have young kids running around doing what ever they want to do and no manager to step up and tell them otherwise we will not be returning back to this location after this

  I stop at McDonalds on Hwy 14 almost every day, and I order the same thing. A chips a hoy frapa, 2 oatmeals with butter, no fruit, a chicken McGriddle, and a large Dr Pepper. Today was like no other day. The girl at the drive-thru is such a sweetheart. She said she had a line of people and could we please go to curb side 1, it will be out in like 5 minutes. Well, we parked at 7:55 am, mind you, I placed the order online at 7:46 am. I went to the curbside and waited. It was 8:15 am, and I decided to go inside and get my food. The lady working the lobby said "can I help you", very rudely, I explained that the food sitting on the shelf was probably mine since I had been out there since 7:55, she then started mocking me and stated it hasn't been that long very rudely, I told her yes maam it has, could I have my order (which was cold). She started yelling Well, you had a large order. If you don't like it, start coming inside. I said Excuse me, The manager, a large white man, came out and said, "Thank you" to me. I just felt disrespected. When I called to get the corporate number, he stated he did not know the number I could come get it off the door or I could google it

  Had a large order, 2 quarter pounder meals, and 2 fish o filets. Only got 1 quarter pounder meal and the 2 filet o fish, when I went back all they made was the burger. On top of that they were having a meeting with only a few people in the kitchen. I’m assuming that’s why they missed a whole meal, either way that’s not how you run a business.

  Mcdonalds here scammed me 8:27 am oct 31 25. everyone only getting monopoly pieces on certain menu items I didnt get one with my drink or hash brown the game has not ended yet. Worker even admitted the game has not yet ended

  Long wait time for food for it just to be substandard at best. The staff and manger seem to be bothered that there was customers. On a positive note it did seem clean.
