Was a little surprised at having to "pull forward and wait" for 15 minutes when all I ordered was a chicken-fried steak sandwich, nothing else.
It is sad to say that Dairy Queen is quickly becoming comfortable with having their customers pull forward and wait.
Sandwich was excellent, though.

ONLY received a one star in order to post review. Very disappointed due to lack of communication & customer service. I went to this location & the manager on duty who I did not not get her name was unprofessional & lack of knowledge of the situation at hand. I went through the drive thru & the cashier was going to keep my change because this has been a practice of the company. She stated that they ran out of pennies & everyone else didn't care if they didn't get their pennies. I politely informed her that Dairy Queen has more money than me & in not everyone. Its not okay to just keep someone's money. Its not the amount, it's the principle. Its the audacity to feel that it's okay to keep someone's money & all the workers to have conversation about it in the background. If there were no pennies, I should've been notified prior to & given a choice. If DQ continues to keep change 1-4 cents from 1,000 customers they've profited $10-40, they are making a profit for no purchase. WOW!! I stop at this location often, but I will go to anymore. I visit the location in Whitehouse often as well & have never had a "penny" issue. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Have always had a great experience until today.
We ordered 4 tacos, no veggies. Got 4 with. I said something and we got our correct order. They had a strong stale smell. And the kids said it tastes weird. They didn't want to eat them.
I told the girl in the front and she just stared at me and said ok .... I stood there a bit to see if she'd do something about it and she again just stared and said ok. I suggested they check the shells because I'm sure they're stale and she just stared at me.
One of my kids picked at the taco meat some and a sweet person sitting near us gave us a free blizzard coupon. So that made up for it. But I doubt she even said anything to the kitchen about the stale taco shells. 🤷♀️

Just went through drive thru. 2nd car in line & still waited 10 mins for my food. Asked for jelly, picante, napkins & utensils. Got to my work and received none of these items. Makes it difficult to eat eggs with no fork. To top it off my hash brown was burned to a crisp. Do better DQ!
