  My friend walked to to get us a table,charge her phone,amd wait for me to finish a business call with my club. An employee told her she couldnt sit there and charge her phone without buying something. She told them she was waiting on me and said the employee got disrespectful and told my friend she had to leave. I approched the manager about it, who looked like they just woke up sleeping in the office. H saod he had no idea what happened then proceeded to speak as if we were homeless and just looking for a place to charge phones. First: a crew member is a direct reflection of the managers. Second: when i asked for the corporate number i was told there wasn't one then took for ever to write down the store managers number. I didnt appreciate the attitude inwas given when handed handed the stire manager number, again a crew is a direct reflection of their management. Ive spread the word to any and all clubs i know and relayed the disgustingly poor customer service and care at this location. Id like to point out that in the fast food chains, if you been in one, you have been in them all.

  I ordered the taco salad because the menu said it came with refried beans and picante sauce on the side. Plot twist: neither showed up. The refried beans were the whole reason I ordered it, so this was extra disappointing. If the beans and picante are just a suggestion and not a guarantee, the menu should probably say that. Disappointed… and still bean-less.

  My order was incorrect - ketchup only order contained mustard. The manager in the red shirt has no idea what customer service is (other employees were very nice). After buying food I filled up my water bottle with water and he told me I needed to dump it out. Then asked my husband to pay for it after I went outside to dump it out. Then my son asked for a cup for water, the manager filled it up with water then said if you want ice it will be $.53.
