The time is 7:43 pm and they're open till 11 pm. They got a little over 3 hours to do it. Bad service. Unfortunately, I'm not coming back. I'll go to the other Chipotle. Oh, what's more. I ordered "Build your own taco" and the woman who served, failed to wrap tortillas in the foil. AND the employees are rude. Extremely disappointed..

I asked if this was the pick up area because I saw a bunch of orders sitting on the counter, and the employee looked at me with disgust and walked away saying she was busy. Really wild response to a yes or no question. I think she thought I was a door dasher or something? Not okay either way. I’ve worked food service for 5 years and I get being busy or it being hectic but I’ve never been treated with that level of contempt.
