This time they had about 10 but they were mislabeled and so you have to ask what the flavors are because no one seemed to care. I've never in any other place of business saying such apathy from the employees towards their customers. It is obvious from many other poor reviews say have that someone who should care doesn't. I visit this area in Tyler fairly frequently I'll certainly be looking for another place for my ice cream fix.

Gave the cashier my card, and she handed me the donuts, then she gave me my card and receipt back, afterwards closing the window without saying anything. I sat at the drivethru window for another 2 minutes before she finally came back, and she asked "what can I do for you?" I told her that she forgot my koloches, and she said "oh I'm so sorry". They were sitting in a bag right beside the window, and then she wanted to charge me an additional $8 for the 3 koloches, after she already told me the price for my total order (the person who took my order, even repeated my order back to me).

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
