I took the top of both of them & what I saw yep a glob of caramel at the bottom. Didn’t look like they even attempted to stir it. I was so mad and not only that it was a truck in front of me & the worker & him were having a casual conversation. Like cut the convo off I have something to do too and she looked at me several times but kept talking. Worst service I’ve had in a while but I’ll make my coffee at home from here on out.
