  You guys need to get it together. Seriously. Every single time I come here it takes forever. I don’t mean the normal wait, like wait 5-10 minutes between taking orders. I should not have to wait while you’re “multitasking” when really you just can’t focus to take orders. I have told myself so many times I’d never come back. Sundays are especially bad. I waited 25 minutes & the lady told me she had to do online orders first.

  Me and my husband brought our son and ordered on the app while sitting inside, we got the avocado toast, cinnamon roll, texas brisket egg sandwich and the chorizo sunrise egg sandwich with 2 blended coffees and an orange juice. First off they put the cinnamon roll in the bag las and sideways so all the other wraps and containers where covered in spilled icing. The drinks were only filled about 3/4 of the way, none of the bagels were toasted as requested and the only thing that was hot was my sons cinnamon roll. While the flavor was decent, it would have been much better with warm ingredients and toasted bagels...

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. The wait time is already excessive, but what makes it worse is not even receiving what I ordered and paid for. I ordered the farmhouse bagel and instead got a dry hash brown bagel… no toppings, no egg, nothing close to what I paid for. Really disappointing.

  I used to eat Einstein everyday until late. First thing that turned me off, pull up to drive through sat there for over 10 minutes no one ever came to take my order So I drive off. Fast forward to today I decided to go in and get coffee, waited for over 12 minutes while people who ordered after got there needles today I walked out will not be coming back. And yes I’m filing a charge back to get my money back..
