  The atmosphere makes this DQ special; it offers a welcoming environment, especially thanks to Wesley and his warm smile and polite attitude. He was extremely informative and understanding in our exchange. He came back around asking if everything was to our liking. Wesley not only went the second mile, he ran a marathon 10/10 customer interaction.

  Went through Drive Through to order 2 medium Blizzards. Not sure what went wrong, but they repeated order, which one was wrong. Repeated again, repeated back again wrong again. Repeated again, finally correct repeat. Pulled forward to pickup. People in front of us must of had the same problem, because they had Blizzards. They returned both back, & we had to wait for them to get correct order. We pulled forward & picked up our Blizzards. We pulled into parking lot with our order. The only thing they got right was it was 2 medium Blizzards. Had to go inside to get correct Blizzards.

  4/9/26 about 7:20 am. Wouldn’t answer on the speaker to order so I drove to the window, 1 guy in there and he wouldn’t acknowledge me or open the window. Lazy lazy lazy. Me and the car behind drove off. Will not be going back.
