  The worst and dirtiest BWW I've ever been to. Service is horribly slow even at the bar. Restroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a week, water and TP all over the floor. Never like to leave negative reviews but this place is well below standards of what I'm used too when going to BWW.

  We waited about 5 minutes before we were told by a server that we could grab a couple of menus and seat ourselves. 😒 After we picked out our booth and sat down, it was around 5 minutes before we ordered drinks, about 10 before we got them, another 10 minutes before we placed our food order, and over 30 minutes before I received my cauliflower wings that waited just as long as I did before they were given to me, COLD!!!😠 My husband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich (that arrived way after my food), and was given a regular one, after addressing the issue, we were told it would take 10 minutes to cook. Randall was the name of the manager we spoke to. Seeing as there was only 4 cars in the parking lot should have been a clue. I may give it another try, but not when I'm really hungry.

  Addison, Greg and Whitney are the highlight of my visit to BWW every fight night or Main card. Food is good and the service is strong.

  I loved the experience of coming here to watch the Venezuela vs. USA baseball game! The atmosphere was great and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The double bacon burgers were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and definitely a highlight. The only downside was the chicken tenders, which were unfortunately overcooked and a bit dry. Aside from that, everything else was really good and I would still come back.

  My family and I had dinner as soon as we got there the host stated that the servers were only getting paid 2dollars an hour. We had two different servers the last one Gage inform me that the fries were going to be put under the lamp to cool down. I canceled my order of fries. I received my order first and when I was almost done my with my dinner. My husband and daughter received their dinner and my daughter had a blond hair in her food. When she told Josh he stated that was cheese and that the cooks had hair nets. Josh then put the plate back in front of my 32 year old daughter to eat then said here.. My daughter stated that she didn’t want that he then stated that “I’m not going to take this off the ticket and I’ll box it up for you” I understood why they had a server walk out on them tonight. Josh and Gage please go get some type of CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. This was the most PISS POOR SERVICE.. NO TIP FOR YOU. UPDATE!!! 3/19/2026 The next morning the GM called and apologized and asked if I would reconsider coming back. I agree to revisit and give them another chance. This time was a much better experience. The GM Mr. Chris came by our table and again gave a very heart felt apology and was truly thankful we had returned. The food was perfect our server was AMAZING!! Thank you for a VERY SATISFYING EXPERIENCE! We will continue to be your guest. Much appreciated.
