  I have come to this newer location multiple times to keep giving them a chance but the one closer to UT is the best. Everytime I order here they get my order wrong and the staff are sometimes just chatting with each other and acting like I don't exist. When I request light ice it is packed with ice; when I say no ice it is a half full cup, when I say a large I am charged for it and given a medium; when I ask for caramal drizzle there is none. It has been open long enough that they should be trained correctly by now. I only stop out of convenience of being on the right hand side on the way into town, but after getting it wrong again today and getting charged for the wrong size and not receiving it again I think I am done here. Them correcting orders kills my time when I trying to get in to work. I will go back to the normal location that never has any problems. I wish you the best of luck if you come to this location. I really tried to give them a chance so this makes me sad to write.

  Wish we had one in lindale! My absolute favorite coffee spot (this location is my favorite too) such sweet workers everytime!

  Customer service is nonexistent.. the kids they hire have no respect for anyone. the line are alwys long cause they are just playing around and not making coffe. It should not take me 20-30 min to wait in line to get a coffee. Playing music that they shouldn't be playing for a coffee place. I am going to start going back to Starbucks.

  This place is well known for having some of the best coffee, but I was shocked to see how sloppy the preparation area was — it was unreal. I hope the manager sees this and takes it seriously, because that level of carelessness should not be ignored. The amount of waste and lack of cleanliness was disappointing. If I were the manager, I would be addressing that immediately because being that wasteful and sloppy is unacceptable. 5 star for their coffee but 1 star after what I saw what going on inside.

  I have experience in hospitality and corporate events for a long time and I’ve been to every location East of Dallas. This location is really disappointing in that it’s lacking the culture of what Seven Brew stands for and the employees here are super rude. I’m not sure I’ve ever met an employee here that responds to me with a smile, or greets me with joy or happiness. Today I said, “thank you so much,” to which was met with complete silence. The other locations in Tyler seem to have a better sense of leadership and upbeat culture that indeed does, “cultivate kindness!” This location is a bit of a black hole of depression and needs some retraining. As for the product, I’ve not had any major issues with my drinks, but the experience really does make or break it for the customer. Vibes are off here… not going anymore.
