Upon arriving, I was met with a level of hostility and discomfort that no customer should encounter. The way the staff looked at me was not neutral, distracted, or accidental — it was a prolonged, unwelcoming stare that communicated clear negativity.I understand the difference between routine customer service interactions and being singled out. The energy directed toward me felt targeted and inappropriate, and it created an environment where I did not feel respected or welcomed.I did not raise my voice, cause a disruption, or behave in any way that would justify the reaction I received. I simply pulled up to order, and the response from the staff was unprofessional and concerning.I am requesting that management address this behavior and ensure that all customers are treated with basic respect and professionalism. Experiences like this reflect poorly on the brand and should not be ignored. Unless diversity isn’t important to you

Much better than Starbucks but still on the pricey side compared to Sonic. The service and atmosphere make up for the price in my opinion. This location is the most recommended to me by locals. I asked for light ice and like everywhere they still packed it with ice.
